Family Ministries Assistant

Grace Baptist Church is seeking to hire a Family Ministries Assistant. The Family Ministries Assistant serves under the direction of the Director of Children’s Ministry and Pastor for Student Ministries to support the ministries serving children and students by strengthening communication, coordinating logistics, and maintaining effective administrative systems. 

This role assists ministry leaders by handling operational and communication needs with clarity and consistency, allowing ministry staff to focus on leading the ministry. The position primarily supports Kids and Student Ministries, with potential to assist broader discipleship initiatives as ministry needs develop. This is a long-term support role designed for a detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives in behind-the-scenes execution.  

This position is full-time, expected to average approximately 32 hours per week with seasonal fluctuations based on ministry rhythms and church needs.
