Event & Facility Use Requests

Grace Baptist Church (GBC) believes that good stewardship of our facilities prioritizes the primary goals of advancing the work of God among our church family and influencing our community for Jesus Christ. Therefore, GBC allows the use of its facilities by our church family and broader community in ways consistent with these objectives, while not placing undue burdens on church staff and leadership.

To request the use of any GBC facilities, please complete the Event and Facility Request Form. After your request has been reviewed, a GBC staff member will contact you. All facility requests are tentative until approved. While unlikely that an approved event be revoked or preempted, GBC reserves the right to cancel a reservation or change a room location if the need arises.
