Update On Phase Three Activity
The Senior Pastor Search Committee (PSC) is hard at work in Phase Three. A substantial pool of applications has been submitted by applicants from all over the US, and even internationally. In turn, the PSC has been evaluating the initial applications and resumes. The process is to utilize the Senior Pastor profile and job description as the criteria by which to progressively narrow the applicant pool. The committee is also listening to sermons and performing social media checks with consideration to the applicants’ strengths, weaknesses, and overall fit. This process will continue for the foreseeable future while applicants are evaluated. Please continue to pray for the PSC, Elders, and the applicants throughout this process.
