This year, we have worked on a devotional – Until He Returns: Reflections on Christ's First and Future Advents – written by our very own church family––elders, deacons, members, and missionaries. The devotional follows a pattern that we see in our Bibles: (1) anticipating Christ’s Advent, (2) remembering his first Advent, and (3) hoping in his future Advent. Our prayer is that these reminders cultivate gospel thankfulness, deep communion, and enduring hope in our great God and Savior. The Christmas story in its fullness fuels our hope as we await Christ’s return. Until he returns, may we remind ourselves of what he has done, as we await what he will surely accomplish. Printed copies are free (one per household) while supplies last, and can be picked up in the foyer after Sunday services. The digital version is also free, and is linked below.
